With a strong first quarter and a great start to the second quarter, the new low-rise housing market is in store for a successful summer, says Trimart Research Corporation. There were 22 new site openings in April, which is 140% more than in April 2013.
Trimart: New Low-Rise Market on Track
As of the end of July, the Total Market Area has accumulated 10,489 new low-rise sales in 2013. This is 58% of Trimart’s annual forecast, which means the low-rise market is on pace to hit Trimart’s expected annual sales number by the end of the year.
