Trimart: New Low-Rise Market on Track
By Lucas on Sep 04, 2013
As of the end of July, the Total Market Area has accumulated 10,489 new low-rise sales in 2013. This is 58% of Trimart’s annual forecast, which means the low-rise market is on pace to hit Trimart’s expected annual sales number by the end of the year. Fall is a seasonally busy period, and many new releases and openings are anticipated. This surge in inventory will surely keep the low-rise market steady for the remaining months of 2013.
