Your sneak peek of the amenities at The Wyatt in Regent Park!

During the summer, The Daniels Corporation unveiled a lot of new information about their latest Regent Park condo development, The Wyatt. Today, we are happy to share a sneak peek of a couple of the amazing amenities that The Wyatt will feature.  

Daniels is known for incorporating innovative and interesting amenities at their developments. Community gardening plots has become a staple in their condos and we still don’t see other developers including this amenity. High Park Condos has a rock climbing wall, and Lighthouse Tower is going to have an art studio and music room. Daniels really knows how to cater to their purchasers.

At The Wyatt, it’s all about fitness, fun, and family activities. The Club Wyatt amenities include a media room, a party room, gardening plots, a lounge, a guest suite, a gym with a WELLBEATS™ studio, a kid’s zone, and a bouldering cave!

We received two renderings from Daniels, showcasing the party room and the craft room. The party room features soaring ceilings and windows that allow in an abundance of natural light, plenty of comfy seating, and a kitchenette. There is also exclusive access to the outdoor terrace, which overlooks the city. Whether you’re entertaining a large get-together or hosting a more intimate evening with a few friends, the Club Wyatt party room is the place to do it.

Craft Room

The craft room is located in the kid’s zone. This is where your children can get creative with drawings, paintings, and other sorts of crafts. There are many workstations, storage for materials, and there’s a sink for clean-up. There is also a toys room and game zone in the kid’s zone.

The kid’s zone is a pretty interesting amenity because we’re not aware of any other condos that have something like this. Daniels recognizes that there are a lot of families looking to live in Regent Park, and there are a lot of young couples that will be purchasing their first home and looking for enough space to start a family.

Though we don’t have a rendering yet, we have to highlight the bouldering cave. What’s a bouldering cave? Picture a rock climbing wall in a cave that you climb without ropes. It’s a great way to stay in shape and socialize with neighbours!

Party Room

The Wyatt will be launching soon to Inner Circle members and then to regular registrants. Inner Circle members are those that paid $300 for priority access to information and the opportunity to purchase. This fee is fully refundable if you decide not to purchase.

The Wyatt features a wide range of units from studios to three-bedrooms, with prices starting in the low $200,000s. The Regent Park revitalization has come so far thanks to Daniels, so it’s exciting to think about all the young families and couples that will be purchasing at The Wyatt.
