Your first look at the furnished model homes at Parc Towns

One of the most exciting new condo communities in Mississauga is Daniels Erin Mills, and we just received a fresh new look at the model units for Parc Towns! 

The models at Parc Towns by Daniels have been open for touring, but they were recently furnished, so now you can really get an idea for how special these condo townhomes are. They’re so bright and spacious, and the spaces are extremely versatile. 

The three-bedroom floor plans make the townhomes perfect for families and couples looking for extra space. If you don’t need all three bedrooms, you can turn one of them into a den or hobby room, or a lounge space/library/reading room.  

One thing we love about the kitchens at Parc Towns is the walkout. The glass door allows sunlight to inundate the kitchen, and you’re connected to your outdoor space on warm spring and summer days. We also really like the kitchen island that seats two! 


You’ll notice in the bedroom photo that the windows are also quite large compared to a more traditional low-rise home. Waking up and pulling back the shades will help you start your days right!

When you visit the Parc Towns presentation centre, be sure to ask about the 5% deposit program, as well as the Gradual Deposit Payment Plan. All you have to do is pay $5,000 upon signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, then $5,000 in 30 days, and then after 60 days from signing your Agreement, you pay just $1,000 a month until occupancy.
