On the 17th floor, the landscaped terrace will be a private oasis, and great spot for yoga enthusiasts to Zen out.At the beginning of 2017, the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) announced that last year ended with new high-rise inventory hitting a 10-year low. Time and Space will bring some much needed inventory to market! There is a separated bike lane on Sherbourne and the Waterfront Trail is easily accessible. Of course, if you have a car and need to get around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), the Gardiner is only a few seconds away and the Don Valley Parkway (DVP) is nearby for north travel. If you work and live downtown, then you’ll probably take transit or walk to work. For example, if you work in the Financial District, you can either enjoy the 15-minute walk to work or hop on the King streetcar and get there in less than 10 minutes.
