Your Chance to Live 150 Steps from the Beach
By Lucas on Apr 27, 2015
Whether you’re on the hunt for a new primary residence or you’re holding out for the perfect vacation home, you definitely need to register for BeacH2O, Bremont Homes’ latest townhome community in Wasaga Beach.
These Beach Houses are all two-storeys and will be able to accommodate medium and large families. But you need to act quickly in order to get in on this fantastic opportunity to live steps from the beach because there are only 15 homes in total at BeacH2O.
When we say “steps from the beach,” we really mean it. It’s been counted out - you can get to Beach Area 2 in around 150 steps! If you’re unfamiliar with Wasaga Beach, Area 2 is the quieter section of the beach, where you can relax under the sun with your favourite book, enjoy the gentle lapping of the waves, and have a picnic with friends and family. And think of all the other beach activities you will enjoy, like beach volleyball, swimming, playing catch, boating, and if you’re daring enough, you can try kiteboarding!
A selection of the Beach Houses also have side entrances that lead to separate suites, which is great for when you have guests staying for the weekend. Trust us, if you live this close to the beach in Wasaga, you will have family and friends begging to come hang out with you during the summer! After all, Wasaga is home to the longest freshwater beach in the world!
The sandy beach isn’t the only reason to live at BeacH2O. Located at Mosley and 20th Street, the Beach Houses are surrounded by the best that the town has to offer. In case you’re wondering though, you’ll be taking those 150 steps down 20th Street to get to the beach. On the north side of your Beach House, you have sand and water, and then to the south, there’s the Wasaga Beach Provincial Park, which is quite expansive and borders the Marlwood Golf & Country Club, which actually has two courses where you can test your skills.

What we really love about BeacH2O’s location is that it is far enough from plazas and other commercial buildings to seem like it is a far-off getaway, but in reality, convenient big box stores like Walmart Wasaga Beach Supercentre and the Real Canadian Superstore are just a short drive away. And if you don’t feel like heading out for a grocery trip, try some great local eateries in the neighbourhood, like Catch 22 Fresh Market Grill, Mr. Norm’s Nephew, or Pizza Dee’s!
If you’re still wondering if this is an ideal community for your family, you’ll be happy to know that there are many options for schools in the immediate vicinity of the community. Birchview Dunes Elementary and Worsley Elementary are the closest, and then there are a few more just an extra minute or two away.
Register for an exclusive opportunity at BeacH2O
Remember, there are only 15 Beach Houses at BeacH2O, so you need to be amongst the first to view the floor plans when they are released. Bremont is planning a special priority preview, which is coming up soon. If you want an invite to view the floor plans ahead of the general public, then you need to register right now.
We haven’t even gotten to the best part yet. The townhomes at BeacH2O will be starting in the low $400,000s - an amazing deal for a home so close to the beach and water! This is a chance at beachside living that you just don’t want to miss.
