You should keep a close eye on Cambridge real estate

As reported recently by Trimart Research Corporation, new low-rise sales dipped in April 2017 compared to last year across the Total Market Area (TMA). However, one area that did see some action was the Golden Triangle Region, specifically Cambridge!
Trimart highlights Mattamy Homes’ new Cambridge community, River Mill, which is now temporarily sold out after a successful opening. There is a new release of townhomes coming soon, and once they’re available, we’re sure there will be another spike in Cambridge new home sales.
Listed below are a few notable low-rise sites of the last month:
River Mill by Mattamy Homes
Placing first on this week’s Trimart Hot Spots list is Mattamy Homes’ River Mill. Last month, there were 145 sales! This phase featured 30’ and 35’ detached homes ranging from 1,284 to 3,585 square feet. Stay tuned for the new townhome release!
Richmond Green in Richmond Hill by Mattamy Homes
Mattamy dominated this week’s list. Coming in second with 137 sales last month is their Richmond Hill community, Richmond Green. The 36’ detached homes are now sold out, and like River Mill, there is a new release of condo townhomes on the way!
Mount Pleasant by Rosehaven Homes
Coming in third with 78 sales last month is The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant in Brampton by Rosehaven Homes. The current phase features townhomes ranging from 1,653 to 1,843 square feet, with prices from $689,990.
Stonebury Gates by Coughlan Homes
The fourth position is taken by Stonebury Gates, a new home community in Ajax by Coughlan Homes. The community features freehold townhomes and 35’ detached homes ranging from 1,576 to 2,172 square feet. Prices start at $589,990. So far, 2017 has treated Ajax well when it comes to new home sales, but we’ll see how things go now that things are starting to calm down a bit.
Oakdale Village by Conservatory Group
The final place on this week’s Trimart Hot Spots list is taken by Oakdale Village, a new home community in Toronto by The Conservatory Group. The community features freehold townhome ranging from 1,263 to 1,900 square feet with prices starting at $599,900.
