When Alayche refers to The Zenith model, he is talking about the Dundas community, but The Zenith is also available at Dicenzo Gardens, and thanks to the customizability allowed by Zeina Homes, it will still be a unique home after you give your feedback and make your decor and design choices. A few of the interior features and finishes at Dicenzo Gardens include gas fireplaces with your choice of mantel design, ceramic tile, and beautiful oak veneer cabinetry.
