We just got a peek at the new model suites at The Logan Residences in Toronto by Daniels, and we have to say, these are a must-see.
There are two model suites at The Logan you can tour. The Coady is a two-storey urban town, and the Ashdale is a one-bedroom+den unit.
The Coady is a three-bedroom+den townhome with 1,569 square feet of living space. Daniels really optimized every square inch of space. The main bedroom on the second floor has an ensuite, and the second bedroom has a full bathroom right outside the door. The third bedroom is on the main floor where there is a third bathroom with a shower. We’ve seen 3,000 square foot detached homes with fewer bathrooms.
The other thing that really stands out to us is the open-concept living and dining area. The layout is ideal for entertaining large groups or simply having cozy family dinners. We especially like how the living area looks out onto the expansive terrace!
The Ashdale is a 680 square foot suite with an island in the kitchen, and it comes with something you don’t see every day in downtown Toronto condos: storage space. That’s right, there’s a 5’7” x 3’0” storage space, which is actually bigger than some storage lockers we’ve seen. Imagine being able to pack away holiday decorations and other beloved items without having to go all the way down to the parking level storage lockers (which usually cost extra when buying pre-construction).
When you tour the model suites, you’ll be able to see the stunning features and finishes up close, including 9’ and 10’ ceilings, ceramic tile, high quality laminate flooring, quartz countertops, custom designed kitchen cabinetry, and deep soaker tubs. One detail that’s really on trend is the matte black faucets. You’ll love this detail!
The Logan features one- to three-bedroom layouts starting from the $600,000s. Construction is nearly complete, so you can move in as early as this spring!
You can also buy with just a 5% deposit. This offer is limited to the one-bedroom suites. For the larger suites, you can buy with a 10% deposit.
