Yonge + Rich: New Renderings!

Okay. So who else is super excited about the new renderings for Great Gulf’s Yonge + Rich condo development?!
Yonge + Rich was designed by architectsAlliance. The 50-storey design is very “Toronto.” We’re not even sure what that really means - it just looks like it belongs downtown Toronto! The Tetris-like pattern follows the geometric theme that a few other planned high-rises are sporting - so Yonge + Rich will not only stand out, but complement the surrounding architecture.
Not much is known about Yonge + Rich yet, except that it will probably look awesome. Some of the luxury amenities include a fitness centre, a rooftop pool, and a lounge. The suites of Yonge + Rich will boast floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious terraces “ideal for entertaining.”
Until we receive more details on interior features and finishes and other amenities, we can just be excited about the location. At 25 Richmond St. East, Yonge + Rich will occupy the heart of downtown Toronto. Every major neighbourhood of the core will either intersect with Yonge + Rich, or be within a close proximity. You have the Financial District, the Entertainment District, the St. Lawrence Market area, the great shopping of the Eaton Centre, and even more shopping along Queen St. West. Also, Yonge + Rich will be right on the Yonge Subway line, so your ticket to anywhere else in Toronto is always just an elevator ride away.
If for some reason you’re not stoked about Yonge + Rich, just look at Great Gulf’s other condo projects in Toronto: Monde, Charlie, X2, One Bloor, Pace...all of them are amazing. With Great Gulf’s great track record, we’re confident that Yonge + Rich will be a huge success!
