Williamsburg Walk Tops Off in Kitchener
By Lucas on Aug 05, 2015
Williamsburg Homes’ mid-rise condo in Kitchener, Williamsburg Walk, started construction earlier this year, and we are very happy to share with you a brand new photo of a topped off building!
That’s not the only exciting piece of news to be announced by Williamsburg Homes though. A new community video (embedded below) was just released, highlighting the beautiful walkable neighbourhood around the Williamsburg Town Centre, model renderings, and footage of the incredible area amenities like schools, a public library, playgrounds, the St. Jacob’s Farmers Market, and many open green spaces. It’s very rare to find a community like the one around Williamsburg Town Centre, where you have things like grocery stores, cafes, bakeries, and other services at your front doorstep, but also benefit from the tranquility of a small-town atmosphere.
In addition to being surrounded by the best that Kitchener has to offer, there are many cultural events that occur in the neighbourhood throughout the year, such as Oktoberfest, Waterloo Region Food & Drink Show, the K-W Multicultural Festival, and there is the Kitchener Market every Saturday (year round).
“We knew Williamsburg Walk would be the first mid-rise in southern Kitchener so it would be a statement building,” said Blake Seeberger, Senior VP of Residential, when we chatted with him at the start of construction. “To ensure it maintained the village ambiance and framed the Town Centre, we designed it with rich detailing and quality materials to make it a part of the heritage of the Williamsburg Community.”
Now that Williamsburg Walk is topped off, the condo is 60% sold and all the three-bedroom suites have sold out. There is a great selection of one- and two-bedroom suites available, ranging up to 970 square feet with prices starting at $214,900. Some of the high quality features and finishes at Williamsburg Walk include engineered hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, granite countertops, five appliances, and your choice of designer cabinetry.
2 special bonuses at Williamsburg Walk
Williamsburg Homes has extended their two community bonuses until the end of August 2015. The first bonus offer is that you do not need to pay a floor premium on any of the rear facing suites. Depending on the floor, the premiums range from $2,500 to $4,500, so this is your opportunity to save a few thousand dollars!
The second bonus offer is free upgrades up to a maximum retail sales value of $3,000. So, if you decide to purchase any time between now and the end of August 2015, you’ll be able to apply $3,000 to any upgrades in your suite!
Visit Williamsburg Walk as soon as possible
The fact that all the three-bedroom suites sold out first proves that Williamsburg Walk is appealing to families and couples looking to start families in the future. The two-bedroom suites and one-bedrooms are perfect for those who want the condo lifestyle without dealing with the hustle and bustle of downtown Toronto.
The Williamsburg Walk sales centre and decor studio are located at 325 Max Becker Drive, Suite 101. Visit any time Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 6 pm or on the weekend from 12 pm to 5 pm. You can also call 519-742-4004 for additional info.
