Whitby Meadows opening in October!

The highly anticipated Whitby Meadows community finally has an opening date! Arista Homes, DECO Homes, Fieldgate Homes, Great Gulf Homes, OPUS Homes, and Paradise Developments will be opening Whitby Meadows in October!
Whitby Meadows will feature detached homes, semis, and freehold townhomes on 20’ and 40’ lots. Prices for the freehold townhomes will start from the $600,000s. Each builder will have their own sales centre, but they’re all located at the same location at Taunton and Coronation in Whitby.
The family focused, master-planned community will have a 10+ acre park at its centre. The builders are working with some of the best designers and architects in the industry to bring a variety of styles to the community. The mix of traditional and contemporary architectural details will surely make for a vibrant streetscape.
Aside from having a handful of southern Ontario’s top builders involved, we’re also excited about Whitby Meadows because of Durham’s hot real estate scene. The water is only 10 minutes away from Whitby Meadows by car!
Getting around to other parts of the GTA is a breeze from Whitby Meadows’ location thanks to quick and easy access to Highways 401 and the new 412. The upcoming 407 extension will also be within a short drive from the community. If you want to avoid traffic, the nearby GO station gives you the option to take the train or bus.
