Whitby Meadows is now open to the public!

Last weekend, Arista Homes, DECO Homes, Fieldgate Homes, OPUS Homes, and Paradise Developments opened at Whitby Meadows!
We had the pleasure of attending the opening – the weather was perfect and many families came out to buy a new home. It was actually the first thing we noticed when we parked our car; parents were eagerly waiting for the doors to open while children ran around and played.
This is the side of the new home industry that most people don’t consider. While we all read about rising prices and supply running low, there are families attending these openings who simply want a beautiful, high quality home in a convenient neighbourhood.
While we were in the Fieldgate sales office, there were a few children with their parents, and we heard a sales representative ask about the space the kids need, if there are plans to make additions to the family, and even explain a couple outdoor ideas for the backyard.
We found this refreshing. Yes, there were crowds around the site table and people trying to get their favourite lot, but it was clear that families have identified Whitby Meadows as an ideal community in which to raise their children!
The community features freehold townhomes, semis, and 30’ and 36’ detached homes. At last weekend’s opening, Fieldgate released brand new 30’ designs with three- and four-bedroom layouts.
What we really love about Whitby Meadows is the mix of architectural designs. There are brick homes with stone accents that have a more traditional styling, as well as more contemporary designs with geometric accents and expansive windows.
While there are traditional and contemporary styles combined, the streetscape will still come together as a cohesive community with each home complementing its neighbouring models.
Located at Rossland Rd. West and Coronation Rd., Whitby Meadows is surrounded by the best Whitby has to offer, including schools, parks, recreation centres, downtown shopping, transit, and major transportation routes.

The Whitby Meadows sales offices at 4120 Coronation Rd. are now open to the public Monday to Thursday from 1 pm to 8 pm and on weekends and holidays from 11 am to 6 pm.
