Weekly Trimart Report looks to the West

As 2010 comes to a close, it`s time to take one final look at low rise sales in the west region. Trimart has projected 18,800 low rise sales by the end of December 2010,  and to this point the market has outperformed these projections.

The following is a list of some highlight projects from the West region.

Leading the Trimart list this week is Waterlillies, a project by Fernbrook Homes. Waterlillies is located at the heart of Oakville's core, at the corner of Dundas and Sixth Line. It features 946-1,096 Sq. Ft. Urban Townhomes, priced from $239,990. Fernbrook saw a high level of success at Waterlillies, with 51 sales.

Second on the list this week is Pathways, a development by Brookfield Homes. Pathways witnessed 29 sales last month.  This project features detached homes on 40' and 50' lots, sized from 1,640-3,510 Sq. Ft. and priced in the $400,000. Pathways is located in Caledon at the corner of Old Church Rd and Innis Lake Rd.

Next on the list is Credit Ridge Heights, a development by Aspen Ridge Homes. Located at the corner of Mississauga Rd and Steeles Ave., Credit Ridge Homes saw  22 sales in the past month. Credit Manor Ridge features townhomes ranging from 1,471 - 2070 Sq Ft on 25' lots, and priced from $370,990. Waterlillies also offers detached homes on 35' and 47' lots, ranging in size from 1,696 - 2,852, with priced starting at $474,990.

Fourth on the Trimart list is Inspiration, a development by Tribute Homes. Inspiration features 36' and 45' lots, with detached homes ranging form 2,275 Sq. Ft. - 3,383 Sq. Ft.  Prices at Inspiration start from $554,990. Tribute Homes continued their success at Inspiration, with 10 Sales this past month.

The last community to spotlight is Heritage at Cathedral Town by Monarch Homes. Monarch Homes is offering a wide selection of homes at Heritage at Cathedral Town, continuing their success with 5 sales this past weekend.  Cathedral Town offers 1,715-2040 Sq. Ft. Townhomes from $427,990, and detached homes, with 38', 45' and 50' lots-ranging from 1,715 to 3,799 Sq. Ft., priced from $559,990.
