VOX Condos Headed to Yonge and Wellesley

Yesterday, condo market intelligence firm Urbanation tweeted a link to Cresford Developments’ new Toronto development, VOX Condominiums.

The VOX Condos website currently just links to a registration page, but there are three bits of info that you may find very interesting:

1) VOX will rise at Yonge and Wellesley

2) The units come furnished by Diesel Living

3) Prices start at $199,900

You may be shocked that a developer has teamed up with a designer clothing company to furnish the units in their new condo, but Cresford has a history of working with high fashion labels. In the past, Cresford has worked with Armani, Fendi, Hermès, and Missoni.

Back in 2007, Cresford teamed up with Scavolini Kitchens, a 50 year old Italian company known for its stylish, top quality kitchens, at their CASA condo development. At the time, Scavolini had recently teamed up with fashion label Diesel to bring a new flare to their kitchen designs. So, seven years later, it’s not surprising to see Cresford offering furnished units by Diesel Living, especially since the kitchens at VOX Condos are designed by Scavolini.

If you value high fashion and meticulous interior design, then VOX Condos could be the condo for you. And let’s not forget about the neighbourhood! Yonge and Wellesley is condo city at the moment; there are around 10 condo developments underway in the area! It’s not exactly a mystery why, though. The beautiful University of Toronto campus and Ryerson campus are nearby, the subway is a few steps away, and all the shopping options you could ever need are within walking distance.
