Vista Flats & Towns by Geranium now under construction in Stouffville!

We just received another piece of exciting news from Geranium – construction is now underway at Vista Flats & Towns in Stouffville!
Members of the Geranium team gathered at the end of June to commemorate the milestone, posing for a photo in what will be the underground parking garage for the community. Vista Flats & Towns features 120 condo single-level flats and two-storey townhomes. This is the ninth and final phase of The Neighbourhoods of Cardinal Point, an award-winning master-planned community.
In 2014, Cardinal Point won the Best Places to Grow Community of the Year at the Building Industry and Land Development Association Awards. And when Geranium launched Uptownes in Stouffville, they brought another innovative housing type to the community, featuring stacked back-to-back townhomes.
Following the launch, Vista Flats & Towns sold quickly. Geranium has established an excellent reputation in Stouffville since The Neighbourhoods of Cardinal Point project launched in 2009.

This Pickering community differs from Vista Flats & Towns because it features 21 luxury estates on 40’ and 50’ lots, ranging from 3,238 to 3,990 square feet.
With prices well over $1 million, this isn’t the product for first-time buyers and empty nesters like Vista, but it’s a perfect example of Geranium’s versatility. The demand for high-end detached homes in Pickering is strong at the moment, so Geranium stepped up to the plate with an impressive collection of designs and layouts.
