We Visited the 88 Scott Sales Centre!

One of the Financial District’s most highly anticipated condos is 88 Scott by Concert. That’s why we headed up to the 88 Scott Sales Centre at 100 Yonge St. to check out the model of the building and some of the designs.

When you look at a rendering of 88 Scott, sophistication and luxury come to mind, and when we entered the Sales Centre, we got just that. The model of the building in the middle of the room looks great, but most of our attention was drawn to the rear of the Sales Centre, where a living room and dining room are set, as well as three different

The living spaces emitted a vibe of modernity, but also tranquility. Sometimes, when interior design is too modern, it can come across as cold and uninviting, but this definitely isn’t the case at 88 Scott.

88 Scott will eventually stand 58 storeys, and rise from a stunning five-storey podium, which will be comprised of limestone and granite. The suites at 88 Scott range from 555 to 2,920 square feet, and will boast impressive features and finishes, such as 9’ ceilings, large kitchen islands, custom designed cabinetry, contemporary vanities in the elegant bathrooms, and ceramic soaker tubs.

There’s no doubting that 88 Scott’s overall design is stunning, but our absolute favourite aspect of the condo is the location. Located just east of Yonge and Wellington, in the heart of the Financial District, 88 Scott will be surrounded by some of the best restaurants and shopping in Toronto. Also, the very popular St. Lawrence Market area and Distillery District are within walking distance.
