The VIP Preview Event this past weekend at Granite Homes’ newest community, Arkell Lofts was a tremendous success.
The event took place at the Granite Homes New Homes Sales Centre, located at the corner of Arkell Road and Gordon Street in Guelph. There was a great turnout and lots of interest in this unique urban style community. Despite the van stalled in the middle of the parking lot, customers got creative and found parking wherever they could just to get a sneak peak at these contemporary loft style condominiums.
As Arkell Lofts contains only 32 residences to be built on Arkell Road just east of Gordon Street, it is clear why these units are in high demand.
