Village on the Grand Under Construction!

A little over a month ago, Kingwood Homes opened Village on the Grand in Paris, Ontario. Today, Phase 1 of the community is 50 percent sold and construction is well underway with first occupancy scheduled for September 2014.
Village on the Grand has really come a long way in a short amount of time. Kingwood is also planning on having a fully furnished model home opening in July!
When we first introduced you to Village on the Grand in April, we mentioned there are three collections of homes: The Willow Collection, The River Collection, and The Courtyard Collection. All three feature freehold townhomes, ranging from 1,362 to 2,000 square feet.
If you’re wondering if The River Collection backs onto the Grand River, you’ll be pleased to find out that they do. You’ll be even more pleased to find out that there are still a few homes left in this collection! The homes of The River Collection have been very popular thanks to the balconies off the master-bedrooms that look out over the water.
Some of the other incredible features and finishes offered at Village on the Grand include 9’ ceilings, high quality hardwood flooring, and many of the models have two-car garages.

Village on the Grand isn’t the only Kingwood Homes community on the Grand River. Construction at Riverwalk West is scheduled to commence in June. The community features 99 estate homes on 40’ lots.
