Varley: Coming Soon to Unionville

Recently, Tribute Communities began accepting registrations for their new Markham community, Varley Condominium Residences.
The design of Varley
On August 2, 2013, Tribute released the first rendering of Varley via Twitter (@mytributehome).
Varley will be a boutique condo, and by the looks of the rendering, it will rise four storeys. The design is simple and elegant. There seems to be precast on the first level, and then brick accents on the upper levels. It’s great to see Tribute using terracing, as well as balconies, to create more outdoor space.
It looks like Varley will also feature retail space at street level, complementing the already vibrant Unionville area of Markham.
There will be over 100 units at Varley, with prices starting in the low $400,000s.

Located on Fred Varley Drive, near Millenium Square Park, just west of Main Street Unionville, Varley will occupy the heart of one of Markham’s most outstanding neighbourhoods.
Unionville is known for its historical architecture, breathtaking landscape, and blossoming residential hubs. At Varley, you will be able to take advantage of the numerous shops, art galleries, restaurants, and parks within Unionville. Many of the amazing amenities are within walking distance, and can be found along Main Street Unionville.
Although Unionville is known for it’s small-town vibe and quaint streetscapes, there are still big-box options nearby. They are just far enough for them to be there when you need them, and invisible when you don’t.
