Upper Stouffville Phase 2 is more than 80% sold!

Earlier this year during spring, Fairgate Homes launched Upper Stouffville and sold out in a single day. Fairgate experienced another incredible opening with the release of Phase 2 last weekend, selling over 80% of the homes!

Operating on an appointment-only basis, Fairgate’s openings are always very organized, which homebuyers appreciate since they don’t feel rushed or pressured to act quickly. Instead of crowding around a site table fighting for elbow room, everyone had a clear view of the available lots as it was presented on a flatscreen television mounted on the wall. This is another good example of Fairgate doing all they can to make the homebuying experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
