Trimart: Significant Incentives Keeping New Low-Rise Sales Up

According to Trimart’s latest report, new low-rise sales have remained strong over the past month. The variety of new product and exciting incentives are credited with the current success of the low-rise market.
Listed below are a few notable sites of the past month:
Placing first on this week’s Trimart report is The Neighbourhoods of Oak Park, an Oakville community by Ballantry Homes, which made 19 sales at a recent new release. The Neighbourhoods of Oak Park offers urban townhomes with sizes ranging from 629 to 1,101 square feet. Prices are starting at $238,990.
Coming in second, with 16 sales in the last month, is Mulberry Meadows, an Ajax community by Sundial Homes. At Mulberry Meadows, Sundial is offering a wide array of home styles, including urban townhomes, promenade townhomes, and detached singles on 30’ lots. Sizes range from 948 to 2,167 square feet, and prices are as low as $229,990.
Third place is taken by Four Corners, a new Fernbrook community in Georgetown, which achieved 15 sales just a couple weekends ago. Four Corners offers detached singles on 30’, 36’, 40’, and 50’ lots. Sizes range from 1,286 to 3,552 square feet, and prices are starting at $512,990.
Coming in fourth on this week’s Trimart report is Mount Pleasant, Great Gulf’s Brampton community, which witnessed 10 sales last month. Mount Pleasant offers detached singles on 34’ and 40’ lots, as well as semi-detached homes. Sizes at Mount Pleasant range from 1,650 to 3,600 square feet, and prices can be found as low as $396,990.
Placing fifth, also with 10 sales in the last month, is BrookHill, a Bowmanville community by Brookfield Homes. BrookHill features detached singles on 38’ and 42’ lots, as well as semi-detached homes. Sizes range from 1,320 to 3,279 square feet, and prices are starting as low as $268,990.
