Trimart Research Corporation has released its Hot list for November, focusing on the west-end of the Greater Toronto Area.
Mattamy Homes tops the Hot List with their Hawthorne Village development, which saw 117 sales. Located near the corner of Derry Rd and James Snow Parkway, Hawthorne Village features a mix of townhomes, semis and detached homes. Prices start at $232,990.
Rosehaven Homes "Woodland Trails" is next on the list. This Oakville development has a wide collection of freehold townhomes built on 21' lots. Prices for Woodland Trails start in the $420,000s

Third on the list is Mattamy Homes’ Mount Pleasant Village development. The development features urban and 3 story townhomes in the high 200,000s, as well as detached homes in the mid 300,000s. Located at Bovaird Dr and Worthington Ave, Mount Pleasant Village witnessed 44 sales in October.
Fourth on the list is Monarch Homes’ Strawberry Fields development in Brampton. Strawberry Fields is a quiet development that offers 1,652 - 2,374 Sq. Ft. Townhomes starting from $319,990 and Detached Homes from 480,990. Located off of Kennedy Road north of Mayfield Road in Caledon, Strawberry Fields saw 15 sales last month.
