October was a strong month for many low rise sites in the Greater Toronto Area. Trimart Research Corporation, a company that focuses on reporting low rise sales figures in the Greater Toronto Area, released its monthly statistics on low rise home sales. 


Great Gulf homes tops this months list with its "Ravines on Humberwood" development.


With 71 units sold in its opening month, Great Gulf Homes have produced a winner with this unique, one of a kind private neighborhood that features semi detached and
detached units. Located in Humberwood Park at the corner of Humberwood Blvd and Morning star in Etobicoke, Ravines on Humberwood is an excellent option for any family.

Second on the list is Fernbrook's Waterlilies.  Waterlilies has been a huge success for Fernbrook, with 51 units sold in October. Located at the Corner of Dundas and sixth line in Oakville, location and price where two key elements to their success.  Prices for waterlilies start at $239,000.

Another Fernbrook development sits third on the list. Coronation, a Thornhill development featuring 40', 45' and 50' lots, is priced at $629,000 and up. It offers buyers a wide amount of models and floorplans to choose from, and have seen strong success with 15 sales this past month.

Fourth on the list is Heathwood Homes “Traditions”, a widely popular development in Milton. This site features 21 and 23 lots for Townhomes, and 36' to 60' lots, and is located at Bronte and Main St in Milton. Its a popular development based on its Milton location, strong price points, and the quality that a Heathwood home is known for. Traditions saw 6 sales this month.
