Trimart Research Corporation has released their weekly look at low-rise sales.
Tops this week is Wheeler's Mills, a development by Mattamy Homes. The Stouffville commhnity saw 76 sales last month. Wheler's Mill features detached lots from 36' to 50', and homes sized from 1,821 - 3,426 Sq. Ft.. Prices at Whelers Mill start at $385,990.
Second on our hotlist is Credit Manor Heights, a Brampton development by Regal Crest Homes. Located on Mississauga Road just north of Steels, Credit Manor Heights witnessed 53 sales last month, with detached homes on 35' and 47' lots. Homes are sized from 2,120 - 3,939 Sq. Ft., and start at $522,900.
Third on our list is Bronte Creek, a development by Monarch Homes. Bronte Creek is located in Oakville, close to many recreational amenities. The homes are sized from 2,849 - 3,567 Sq. ft, with prices starting at $590,990.
a blend of detached homes and townhomes - had strong success this past month with 21 sales. The townhomes range in size from 1,153 - 1,603 Sq. Ft., and start at $269,990. The detached homes sit on 30' and 36' lots -- are sized from 1,150 - 2,436 Sq. Ft. -- and start at $299,990.
Fifth on the hot list is Summerlyn Village, a Bradford development by Great Gulf Homes. Summerlyn Village is located on Holland Street West, just east of Highway 400. Summerlyn Village features detached homes on 36' lots, with prices starting from $335,990
