Topping this week’s Trimart Report is Heritage at Cathedraltown by Monarch Homes. Monarch Homes has a wide selection of homes at Heritage at Cathedraltown, offering 1,715-2040 sq. ft. townhomes from $427,990. They also offer detached homes – with 38', 45' and 50' lots – ranging from 1,715 to 3,799 sq. ft., priced from $559,990. Monarch Homes is continuing their success at Heritage at Cathedraltown with 29 sales this past month.
Third on the hotlist is Inspiration, a development by Tribute Communities. Inspiration features 36' and 45' lots, with detached homes ranging from 2,275 sq. ft. to 3,383 sq. ft. Prices at Inspiration start from $554,990. Tribute Communities continued their success at Inspiration with 18 sales this past month.
Fourth on the Hotlist is Harbourside, a development by Senator Homes. It features town homes ranging from 1,221 to 2,123 sq. ft, priced from $219,990. Harbourside also offers detached homes on 30’ lots, and priced from $332,990. Senator Homes has seen positive success at Harbourside with 12 sales in the past month.
Fifth on the Hotlist is Coronation, a development by Fernbrook Homes. Coronation features detached homes on 40' – 44' lots ranging from 2,509 – 3,698 Sq. Ft., priced from $739,990. Fernbrook witnessed strong success in February with 10 sales.
