Trimart Report Focuses on Brampton

This week’s Trimart Report brings a focus to the west with Brampton, Ontario. Settled in the early 1800’s, Brampton has become is a diverse and vibrant area. The area has been popular among builders in recent years, due to both the availability of land and the demand for new housing.

The following is the Trimart Weekly Hotlist of low-rise sales in the GTA...

Leading off the Trimart Hotlist is Countryside Meadows, a new development by Aspen Ridge Homes. Countryside witnessed 18 sales in the past month.  Located at the corner of Dixie Rd and Countryside Drive, Countryside features townhomes ranging from 1,434-2,432 sq. ft.

Second on the Hotlist this week is Greenpark Homes’ Castlemore development. Castlemore is located at the corner of Castlemore Rd and The Gore Rd in Brampton. The site features townhomes from 1,605-2,384 sq. ft., starting at $329,990. They also feature semi-detached homes starting at 1,710-2,241 sq. ft. from $345,990, and detached homes from 2,135 - 2,502 sq. ft. on 38' lots, priced from $448,990. Greenpark Homes witnessed strong success with 16 sales in the month of February.

Castlemore on the Humber, a development by Fernbrook Homes is third on the Trimart list. The site - located at Castlemore Road and HumberWest Parkway - saw 12 sales this past month. Castlemore on the Humber includes detached homes ranging from 1,510-2,110 sq. ft. on 30' lots. Prices at Castlemore on the Humber start at $399,990.

Fourth on the list is Highlands, a development by Monarch Homes. Highlands is located at 9 Tango St in Brampton and observed 12 sales in the month of February. The Highlands features detached homes ranging from 2,246-3,567 sq. ft., on 40' and 50' lots. Prices at Highlands by Monarch Homes start from $479,990.

Fifth on the list is Alton Village, a development by Sundial Homes. Alton Village features semi-detached homes ranging from 1,185-1,784 sq. ft., starting at $292,990. It also features detached homes ranging from 1703-2,402 sq. ft., on lots ranging from 36' to 43'. Prices for the detached homes start at $394,990. Located at Dundas St. and Appleby Line, Alton Village saw 11 sales in the past month.
