Trimart: New Releases Spur Low-Rise Sales

This week’s Trimart Hotlist features four new projects, ones that we have yet to touch on. These four new projects are proof that when you offer strong product in high demand areas with fair pricing, potential buyers will come. With more and more new low-rise communities expected to be released over the summer, results like these should continue to roll out over the next few months.
Listed below are some notable sites for the month of May:
Leading off this week’s Trimart Hotlist is Mission Hill, a project by St. Regis Homes. Located at the corner of Bayview Ave. and Elgin Mills Rd. East, Mission Hill had a strong opening month with 35 sales. Mission Hill offers townhomes ranging in size from 2,579 to 3,603 square feet, priced as low as $799,900.
Second on this week’s Trimart Hotlist is Waterdown Meadows, a project by Rosehaven Homes. Waterdown Meadows features detached homes, sized at 2,183 square feet on 35' lots. Located at the corner of Centre Rd. and Parkside Dr., Waterdown Meadows achieved 28 sales in May.
Third on this week’s Trimart Hotlist is Mount Pleasant, a project by Great Gulf Homes. Located at the corner of Worthington Ave. and Creditview Rd., Mount Pleasant features a wide variety of floorplans, including semi-detached homes, from 1,650 to 2,515 square feet, starting at $396,990, and detached homes, ranging from 1,755 to 2,685 square feet, with prices as low as $489,990. Finally, Mount Pleasant features another set of detached homes, ranging from 2,630 to 3,600 square feet, priced for as little as $592,990.
Fourth on the Hotlist is ValleyLands, a project by Greenpark Homes. ValleyLands witnessed 19 sales in the month of May. Located at the corner of Queen St. West and Creditview Rd. in Brampton, ValleyLands features semi-detached homes ranging from 1,708 to 1,939 square feet, priced as low as $414,990. ValleyLands also features detached homes, ranging in size from 2,183 to 3,263 square feet, priced from $558,990.
Fifth on the Trimart Hotlist is Waterlilies, a new project by Fernbrook Homes. Located in Oakville, Waterlilies witnessed nine sales in May. Waterlilies features Urban Townhomes ranging from 855 to 995 square feet, with prices starting at $309,900.
