
Trimart release October low rise statistics

A highlight of the Trimart report was the Northern area of the GTA, with over a 40 percent market share. This market share was made possible with strong sales results on Stouffivlle, Thornhill and Richmond Hill.
To date, 16,831 low rise units have sold in 2010
The following is a list of some of the top developments in the Greater Toronto Area.
First on the list is Mattamy Homes “Hawthorne Village” development in Milton.
Hawthorne Village -- which features a mix of townhomes, semis and detached homes -- is located near the corner of Derry Rd and James Snow Parkway. Prices at Hawthorne Village start at $232,990. Hawthorne Village saw increadible success this month, with 123 sales.

Second on the list is Touchstone Homes with their development in Richmond Hill.
Touchstone is offering semi-detached and detached homes, priced start at $369,900. Touchstone had 22 sales in this past month.

Fourth on the list is Monarch homes “Heritage at Cathedraltown” in Markham, boasting 21 sales this past month. Townhomes range from 1,715 sq. ft. to 2,040 sq ft., and are priced from $427,990. They also offer detached homes on 38 ft,45 ft, and 50 ft lots starting at 559,990
