By Lucas on Aug 28, 2013
According to the latest Trimart report, new low-rise sales for the Total Market Area (TMA) were up 26% in July, compared to the same time last year. But, sales are 24.1% lower than last June. In total, there were 1,310 sales in July, not bad for a typically slow period. There are about 80 new openings and new releases planned for the near future, so new low-rise sales should continue at a steady pace through the beginning of fall.
