As of the end of July, the top three cities for new low-rise sales are Brampton with 2,308, Oakville with 702, and Kleinburg with 550, according to Trimart Research Corporation. Trimart credits the number of new openings and releases through summer for the higher than expected sales. It looks like the low-rise market’s hot streak will continue through September, with 23 new openings scheduled and many new releases on the way.
