Trimart: Low-Rise Sales Stats for May

Now that June is upon us, low-rise numbers for May are starting to pour in. According to our friends over at Trimart Research Corporation, the strong demand for low-rise product continued through May. Builders who have made price adjustments are starting to see higher sales numbers.
Listed below are some notable sites for the month of May:
Leading off this week’s Trimart Hotlist with 32 sales is Mattamy Homes’ The Preserve in Oakville. The Preserve features townhomes ranging in size from 1,036 to 1,995 square feet, with prices starting from $349,990, as well as detached homes on 34' to 50' lots, ranging from 1,988 to 4,242 square feet, with prices as low as $889,990.
Second on this week’s Hotlist with 21 sales in May is Copper Hills South by Greenpark Homes. Located in Newmarket, within minutes of a variety of family oriented amenities, Copper Hills South features an array of detached homes on 36’, 41’, and 45’ lots, ranging from 2,616 to 3,634 square feet. The starting price at Copper Hills South is $593,990.
Third on the Trimart Hotlist is The Pavilion, a new project by Sundial Homes, with 13 sales in May. Located at the corner of Goreway Dr. and Jacksonville Dr. in Brampton, The Pavilion features detached homes on 85' lots, ranging in size from 4,612 to 7,062 square feet. Prices at The Pavilion start at $1,100,000.
Fourth on the Trimart Hotlist is Landscapes, a project by Tribute Communities at the corner of Dixie Rd. and Countryside Dr. in Brampton. Landscapes had 11 sales in May. Landscapes features townhomes ranging from 1,344 to 2,044 square feet, with prices starting at $340,990. Landscapes also features semi-detached homes ranging from 1,755 to 3,527 square feet, priced as low as $404,990.
Fifth on the Trimart Hotlist is Impressions in Kleinburg, a project by Fieldgate Homes which had 10 sales in May. Impressions features rear lane townhomes, sitting on 20' and 28' lofts, ranging in size from 1,954 to 2,289 square feet. Impressions also features detached homes on 30' to 44' lots, ranging in size from 1,811 to 3,600 square feet. Prices at Impressions in Kleinburg start at $579,990.
