By Lucas on Apr 11, 2014
Recently, Canada’s housing market has been experiencing “weather related weakness,” according to Trimart Research Corporation. But, February’s new low-rise housing stats are the beginning of something big. As of last February, building permits have outpaced housing starts for 11 consecutive months. To Trimart, this is a sign that spring is going to be a busy season of new releases and new openings across the Total Market Area!
