Trimart Highlights Successful Opening Weekends

Trimart Research Corporation’s weekly release is reporting more strong numbers for the Greater Toronto Area’s (GTA) new low-rise market for February 2014. Trimart credits the wide variety of product types that builders are supplying, as well as very attractive incentives for the continuation of strong sales.
Listed below are a few notable sites that recently celebrated successful opening weekends:
Coming in first place on Trimart’s report is The Arbors, an Aurora community by Brookfield Homes, which saw 53 sales during the opening weekends. The Arbors offers a wide selection of 30’, 36’, and 43’ detached homes, ranging from 1,530 to 2,940 square feet. Prices start at $564,990.
The Homes of St. Clair West by Urbancorp takes second place with 35 sales during the opening weekends. Located in Toronto, The Homes of St. Clair West offers a collection of townhomes, ranging from 2,240 to 3,185 square feet, with prices starting at $709,990.
Placing third with 30 sales is Vales of the Humber by Starlane Homes. Located in Brampton, Vales of Humber features 47’, 65’, and 75’ detached homes. The homes range from 2,670 to 5,940 square feet, and the prices can be found as low as $641,900.
With 26 sales, fourth place is taken by Greenpark Homes’ offering at Vales of the Humber in Brampton. Greenpark’s collection at Vales of Humber features 50’, 55’, 86’, and 100’ detached homes, ranging from 1,926 to 7,683 square feet. Prices start as low as $658,990.
For possibly the first time in Trimart history, a community has taken up three spots. Fifth place is taken by Treasure Hill Homes’ selection of 57’ detached homes at Vales of the Humber in Brampton. The homes range from 2,630 to 5,203 square feet and prices start at $769,900.
The sixth spot on Trimart’s weekly report goes to The Oaks, a Kitchener community by Reid’s Heritage Homes, which saw nine sales during the opening weekends. The Oaks features urban townhomes ranging from 604 to 1,201 square feet. Prices at The Oaks start at just $189,900.
