Trimart: Fall Sales Continue to Rise

According to Trimart Research Corporation, Fall continues to be a strong season for the new low-rise market. Sales have been spurred by a high number of new releases and new openings, and attractive incentives are making it worthwhile to buy now. It won’t be surprising if Trimart sees over 80% of its annual forecast surpassed by the end of the season.
Listed below are a few notable sites of the last month:
Placing first on this week’s Trimart report is The Forest by National Homes, which achieved 28 sales in its opening month. Located in Bradford, The Forest offers detached singles ranging from 1,504 to 3,455 on 36’ and 40’ lots. Prices are as low as $469,990.
Coming in second with 20 sales in its opening month is Victoria Place, an Alliston community by Aspen Ridge Homes. Victoria Place features a wide variety of urban townhomes ranging from 826 to 1,328 square feet. Prices start at $229,000.
With 18 sales in its opening month, third place is taken by West River Valley, a luxury community by Royal Pine Homes in Brampton. West River Valley features a grand collection of detached singles on lots ranging from 50’ to 75’. The sizes of the homes span from 2,615 to 6,550, and prices start at $809,900 and reach over $1 million.
The fourth place holder also saw 18 sales in its opening month. ICON Homes’ Silverthorn Heights opened with great success in Toronto. Silverthorn Heights features detached singles on 26’ lots, as well as a great series of semis. The homes range from 1,796 to 2,905 square feet, and prices can be found as low as $611,990.
Placing fifth on this week’s Trimart report is another Brampton community, Quails Hollow by Greenpark Homes. There were 15 sales during the opening month at Quails Hollow. Purchasers browsed a variety of detached singles on 38’ lots and beautiful semis. The homes of Quails Hollow range from 1,531 to 2,932 square feet, and prices start as low as $423,990.
