Tridel celebrates a successful opening at SCALA in Bayview Village!

Earlier this fall, Tridel announced the coming of SCALA, a new condo development with an innovative, head turning design. The initial rendering is what had everyone talking, along with the great location in Bayview Village. All the anticipation led to a very successful opening, and the presentation centre is now open for you to visit!
Sales have been brisk and there are already a few floor plans that are sold out. Tridel has divided the units into six different categories. The Courtyard units range from 438 to 794 square feet, with prices starting at $223,000.
There are only a few Podium units remaining, ranging from 541 to 661 square feet, and prices are starting at $307,000. The units along Leslie Street range from 535 to 783 square feet, with prices as low as $309,000.
Fitness Centre
If you want a Ravine view, your options at SCALA range from 817 to 1,156 square feet, and prices start from $543,000. There is only one floor plan remaining in the popular Signature Collection; a 1,980 square foot unit priced at $1,357,000.
The final collection of units at SCALA is the Terrace Collection, which is mostly sold out aside from two floor plans (1,026 and 1,030 square feet). Prices for both of these floor plans are in the $770,000s.
With a price range spanning from the low $200s to well over $1 million, SCALA has resonated with a broad spectrum of homebuyers, from first-time buyers to empty nesters, investors, young couples, and small families.
