We remember it like it was yesterday: on May 10, 2013, we attended the Preview Opening of Emery Homes’ latest Pickering community, Town Central. Well, in just a few short months, Town Central has completely sold out! Not bad for a summer’s work.

Town Central in Pickering

Emery Homes recognized the site at Liverpool Road and Glenanna Road in Pickering as a high potential location. Just minutes away from major transportation arteries, the Pickering Town Centre, and Lake Ontario, Town Central was quite desirable. There were 62 homes available when the community first launched, and now there are 62 excited families waiting for their new homes to be built.

Laureate Green

Laureate Green is Emery Homes’ Waterloo community. Located at Erbsville Road and Conservation Drive, Laureate Green offers a wide array of detached homes on 36’, 38’, 40’, 45’, 47’, and 50’ lots. The sizes at Laureate Green range from just over 2,000 to about 3,500 square feet. The community is currently under construction, so check out the remaining units soon!

The Essential Condominiums

The Essential Condominiums is a mid-rise condo in Markham. Located at McCowan Road and Bur Oak Avenue, The Essential will feature intimate suites ranging from 540 to 996 square feet. The development is still in the preconstruction phase, so now’s the time to get your foot in the door!
