HighPark Condominiums in Toronto is 75% Sold!

Recently, we had the opportunity to tour HighPark Condominiums in Toronto by The Daniels Corporation. We met with Dominic Tompa, the broker of record at City Life Realty, and Megan Aird, Communications & Social Media Coordinator at Daniels, who guided us around the building, which is making some amazing progress.
Standing 14 storeys, HighPark Condos topped off just a little while ago, but what we really wanted to see was the expansive rooftop terrace on the 10th floor. Since HighPark Condos is located directly north of High Park, the terrace offers unimpeded views over the tree tops, all the way to the lake. HighPark Condos is located on Bloor and there will never been new construction within the park, so these views are here to stay forever! Everything looks brown at this time of year, but when everything blossoms and turns green, it will surely be a breathtaking view. And when autumn returns, the residents of HighPark Condos will have one of the most picturesque views in all of Toronto.
We can’t really fawn over the view without mentioning that the downtown skyline looks incredible from this angle. HighPark Condos allows its residents to observe Toronto’s growth without being immersed in it, and for some, that’s the way they prefer it!
The next stop on our tour was the 9th floor green roof, which also provides stunning views of the lake, city, and Bloor Street. From here, we had an aerial view of the outdoor amenity area on the third floor, where there will be space for yoga and lounging. Directly next to the outdoor amenity space (the smaller, lower portion) is where the community garden plots will be located. Garden plots have become a popular feature in Daniels’ developments, and it makes perfect sense for the green thumbs who want the condo lifestyle.

After a few minutes of admiring the views, we popped down a few floors to check out a suite with rough-in work underway. The unit we visited was on the fourth floor and it also had great views. The suite was a southeast corner unit, so one side looked down Bloor and the other was at tree level, which was very different compared to your common city views (another condo or building).
The last spot we visited was the expansive retail space lining Bloor. The space will be divided into three retail spots, one of which will feature 7 Enoteca, an Italian restaurant and wine bar.
Only a few units remain at HighPark Condos
Because of the location and great incentives at HighPark Condos, the development is already 75% sold. Daniels is currently offering free parking and a free locker, free maintenance for a year, and owning with 5% down on a limited number of suites.
Earlier this year, Daniels released an exclusive collection of 12 two-storey townhomes at HighPark called the Parkside Collection, and they have all sold! Tompa says that the majority of the remaining units are one-bedrooms and one-bedrooms+dens, but there is also a handful of two-bedrooms available. Prices start in the $300,000s.
A few of the interior features and finishes that you can expect at HighPark include high quality contemporary laminate flooring, custom designed cabinetry with extended uppers, quartz countertops, 9’ ceilings, and deep soaker tubs in the elegant bathrooms.
The first move-ins at HighPark Condominiums will take place next summer, and we expect the last remaining units to sell quickly!
