Conveniently located right downtown Toronto at 393 University Avenue, only steps away from where the condo will be going up, you won’t be able to walk by the presentation gallery without sneaking a peak. The architectural scale model can be seen from outside, with it’s glimmering facade and dazzling jewelry box atrium.
488 University will add a breathtaking 55-storeys to Toronto’s skyline with glittering glass and steel that will surely transform University into a world renowned avenue on par with Champs-Elysees and Park Avenue.
The presentation gallery has many friendly sales representatives who will enthusiastically showcase the features and suites that 488 University has to offer. There are two European-inspired kitchens on display, one flaunting dark cabinetry, the other with light shades. Kitchen features include granite, marble or quartz-surface slab countertops, and stainless steel, Energy Star appliances.
“We have very efficient floorplans, designed by II By IV. Our engineers and architects all came together to create these beautiful suites,” said Jason Shiff, executive sales manager at 488 University, as he led us into the breathtaking model bathroom, which will exceed your expectations with a spa-inspired vibe. Available are custom vanities with veneer or lacquer finishes, marble or natural stone flooring, frameless glass-enclosed showers and digital shower control. In our opinion, the most outstanding available upgrade feature is a flat-screen television mounted IN the mirror, above the tub.
“The biggest thing is that most of our suites are float-through floorplans, so from your master ensuite, from the stand-up tub, you can actually see throughout to your balcony and have a beautiful view,” explained Shiff.
