Looking for a new home in Hamilton? Zeina Homes is hosting an open house at the model for their Vienna Orchards community on Saturday, February 4th. We’re giving you nearly a month’s notice because this will be a packed event and you should mark it in your calendar so you don’t forget.
The Vienna Orchards open house event will run from 1 pm to 5 pm on February 4th at 96 Nashville Circle, Hamilton. Zeina Homes is offering a special incentive that will be available only to those who attend the open house. The offer gives you a free oak staircase, brick elevation from top to bottom, and granite countertops in the kitchen and on all vanities.

If you were to build a fully custom home, you would have to find and purchase a lot, apply for permits, find the right architects, engineers, trades people and designers, and overlook construction.
