TMA Monthly New Low-Rise Sales Surpassing 2013 Figures

The recent Trimart report announces that for three months in a row, Total Market Area (TMA) monthly sales have beat 2013 results for the same time periods. As of the end of summer, 65 percent of Trimart’s annual forecast has been achieved. Once the total sales figures come in for September and October, which Trimart is predicting to be the busiest time of the year for the new low-rise market, the year-to-date sales will be very close to reaching the total annual forecast.

Ravine Homes of Buttonville - via Urbancorp
Taking the top position on this week’s Trimart report is the Ravine Homes of Buttonville by Urbancorp, a new townhome community in Markham, which saw 25 sales in its opening weekends. The Ravine Homes of Buttonville range from 2,455 to 3,180 square feet, with prices starting at $819,990. Over the last few years, Markham has become one of the most luxurious cities in Southern Ontario.
Wildflowers - via Mattamy Homes
Second place is taken by Wildflowers, Mattamy Homes’ expansive Kitchener community that recently saw 20 sales. The community features townhomes and 30’, 36’, and 43’ detached homes, ranging from 1,263 to 3,164 square feet. Prices start at an affordable $254,990. Without fail, Mattamy snags a spot on the Trimart report every week because they are one of the most prolific builders in the country.
Manhattan - via Pratt Homes
With 19 sales, Manhattan - Upper West Side by Pratt Homes in Barrie slides into the third position. Manhattan - Upper West Side features a unique collection of urban townhomes ranging from 606 to 1,464 square feet. This Pratt Homes community has attracted a lot of homebuyers thanks to the amazing price point at $165,990.
Quail's Hollow - via Greenpark
For the following three spots on this week’s Trimart report, there is a three way tie between three very well known and top quality builders. First off, Greenpark’s Quail’s Hollow in Brampton saw nine sales recently. The community features semis and 38’ detached homes, ranging from 1,674 to 2,932 square feet. Prices start at $454,990.
Park Ridge - via Tribute Communities
The next community that also saw nine sales last month was Park Ridge, a development by Tribute Communities. Located in Oshawa, Park Ridge offers a wide selection of 40’ and 50’ detached homes, ranging from 1,996 to 3,479 square feet. With prices starting at just $428,990, homebuyers have been very satisfied with this new community.
Upper West Side - via Aspen Ridge Homes
The final community highlighted on this week’s Trimart report is Upper West Side by Aspen Ridge Homes. This luxury community is located in Thornhill and features spacious 41’ and 50’ detached homes, ranging from 2,878 to 4,885 square feet. This master-planned community is ideal for a move-up buyer and is in a very family-friendly neighbourhood. Prices start at $1,124,990.
