Recently, Newinhomes.com attended the Grand Opening of Thornhill North, Remington Homes’ grand finale at their master planned community on the northeast norner of Dufferin and Rutherford Road.
When we arrived at the sales office (at Dufferin and Rutherford), we had a hard time finding a parking spot because the lot was so full! Servers circulated with tasty macarons and beverages while prospective homebuyers browsed the attractive collections of homes.
In total, Thornhill North features 73 single detached homes on 40’, 45’, and 50’ lots, with lot depths reaching up to 150’. The 40’ singles range from 2,621 to 3,228 square feet and start at $1,088,990. The 45’ homes range from 2,959 to 3,285 square feet and start from $1,148,990. And the 50’ singles are the largest, measuring 3,460 to 3,929 square feet, with prices starting at $1,399,990. Every home has four bedrooms, with the option for a den.
