When we visited the Vita presentation centre to chat with Emilio Tesolin, Mattamy High Rise Division President, and Linda Robinson, Mattamy High Rise Division Vice President, Sales & Marketing, we got a closer look at Vita and learned more about the growing waterfront community.

The available suites at Vita range from 524 to 1,544 square feet, with prices starting at $373,990 and reaching more than $1.2 million. If you haven’t been to Etobicoke’s waterfront area in a while, we recommend paying it a visit as soon as possible! So much has changed. When we went, there was a noticeable difference. The area has become a community. There are shops, restaurants, walking trails, a central courtyard; when you walk around, there is a neighbourly vibe.

“The Village Court now has an ice cream shop, a cafe, restaurants, a pub; it’s starting to feel more like a destination,” Tesolin says. “Before, you had to leave if you wanted to do something, but now if you’re with your friends and you want to watch the baseball game, you want to watch the hockey game, you can meet down at the pub or restaurant.”

The 53-storey, Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed tower will be a landmark residence for Etobicoke. Mattamy is making a strong impact in this waterfront neighbourhood, and there are still opportunities to be a part of it!
