There’s a new floor plan now available at Fifth on the Park!

Just a little over a week after we visited Emerald City in North York by ELAD CANADA for a construction update, a brand new floor plan was released at Fifth on the Park, which is now available with special incentives!

The new floor plan at Fifth on the Park (the fifth condo building at ELAD CANADA’s master-planned North York community) is called Millennium Park 2. It’s a 493 square foot, one+den plan with a 108 square foot balcony. The open-concept layout looks spacious, and we like that the den is open to the rest of the unit but set near the entrance, away from the living area and kitchen, so there’s still a sense of privacy.

The balcony stretches the length of the unit, so the main living space will be flooded with light throughout the day, and the bedroom also looks out onto the balcony. Judging by the floor plan, it looks like the balcony will be accessed through the living room. The L-kitchen provides a lot of counter space and gives you enough room to have a dining/breakfast table. Clearly, the Millennium Park 2 is strategically designed to live a lot larger than its 493 square feet.

For a limited time, ELAD CANADA is offering the Millennium Park 2 with a few special incentives. This floor plan is starting at $253,900, and ELAD is now accepting deposits of $26,000 (about 10% - for qualified purchasers). 5% will be due in 30 days, and then 5% in 120 days. The remaining 10% will be due at the time of occupancy.

Purchasers will also receive a credit equivalent to two years of maintenance fees (based on 2015 estimated budget), as well as permission to rent the unit to non-purchasers during the Interim Occupancy. If you’ve been considering investing in North York’s booming condo market, then now is the time.

The other suites at Fifth on the Park range up to 818 square feet, Millennium Park 2 being the smallest and lowest priced. There are a few reasons why you should visit Fifth on the Park in Emerald City. Obviously, this special deal on Millennium Park 2 is probably worth a closer look at the successful condo community. Plus, construction has started, and the first Block of the community is already done, so you can walk the streets and get a feel for the neighbourhood.

When we visited the site at the end of January, construction of The Colours of Emerald City was on P4 and they were at P3 at Fifth on the Park. There are two cranes standing and it will only be a month or two before Colours is above grade.
