There’s a new condo coming to Daniels City Centre in Mississauga!

We have some big news for you - The Daniels Corporation is returning to the Mississauga City Centre to develop a new condo tower!
Why is this exciting? In 2004, Daniels developed the first master-planned community in the City Centre starting with The Capital Condominiums. The award-winning Daniels City Centre blossomed into an iconic, mixed-use, 23-acre community that has set a foundation for the city’s growth.
This summer, Daniels will launch a new 40-storey condo at Confederation Parkway and City Centre Drive. The condo will feature one-bedrooms, one-bedroom+dens, two-bedrooms and two-bedroom+dens, and there will be a limited amount of three-bedrooms in the podium.
This is your chance to live within minutes of Square One, Sheridan College, Celebration Square, the Living Arts Centre and a stunning three-acre public park with public art and outdoor facilities.
If you work in Toronto or need to commute to another area of Mississauga or Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Mississauga transit options are steps away, as well as GO transit service. If you drive, Highways 403, 401, and 407 are easily accessible. It’s clear why this area of Mississauga is so highly sought after and it’s clear why Daniels is returning.
We’re still waiting on some more information from Daniels, but what we can tell you is that the amenities will be “family friendly.” Daniels is known for exceeding expectations when it comes to condo amenities. They have made gardening plots a staple in their developments and Daniels HighPark is the first condo we’ve seen in the GTA with a rock climbing wall.
Just a few months ago we got a sneak peek of the family friendly amenities at The Wyatt, Daniels new condo in Regent Park. When they say family friendly, they mean it. The Wyatt will feature a bouldering cave, an outdoor play structure, and the fourth floor amenities are entirely dedicated to children.
The Kids’ Zone at The Wyatt features fun and educational toys and games by Mastermind Toys, and there’s a play room, a craft room, and a theatre! Knowing this, we’re excited to see what Daniels has in store for the family friendly amenities at their new condo in Mississauga.
Join the Daniels City Centre Inner Circle
Leading up to the summer launch, Daniels will be releasing additional information about the new condo at Daniels City Centre, but Inner Circle members will receive updates and priority invites before anyone else.
How do you join the Inner Circle? It’s super simple. All you have to do is pay a registration fee of $300. This will get you an invite to the First Advance Sale where you’ll have the most comprehensive selection of suites, floor plans, and views.
At this point, preview pricing will be in effect, so it pays to get in at the beginning. When you purchase, the $300 you already paid is applied to the price, and if you don’t purchase, then you are fully refunded the registration fee.
