The Wyatt in Toronto features family friendly condo amenities!

A few months ago, we gave you a sneak peek of the party room and craft room at The Wyatt Condominium Suites in Toronto by The Daniels Corporation. If you thought those amenities looked great, you’ll be happy to know that Daniels has released a few more impressive renderings for the amenities at The Wyatt.
Let’s start in the lobby since this is the first thing you’ll see every day when you leave and arrive home. Daniels says that the lobby will have deep, rich colours and plush, upscale furnishings, creating a very cozy and inviting environment. The soaring windows will allow in an abundance of natural sunlight and it will be easy to watch for your Uber from inside.
There will be a 24-hour concierge that can greet your guests and receive packages. The main floor will also feature a pet wash for all you dog owners and a bike room so cyclists can store bikes instead of taking up living space.
On the third floor is where you will discover Club Wyatt, which will feature a fitness centre with a WELLBEATS studio, a bouldering cave, a meeting/study room, a media room, a lounge with a kitchenette, another lounge, and a party room. The outdoor area features a fireplace lounge, a kid’s play structure, and barbecues.
The fitness centre will have weights, cardio equipments and televisions, so you can throw your expensive gym membership away. With the WELLBEATS studio, you can also stop paying for group workout classes because you’ll have access to a virtual professional instructor offering a range of classes, such as kickboxing or yoga!
If you’re a rock climber, you’ll really appreciate the bouldering cave, which will accommodate beginners and experienced climbers. As far as we know, there’s no other condo in the city with a bouldering cave. High Park Condos has a top-roping wall, and that’s also a Daniels project. Daniels is known for including unique amenities in their projects, like gardening plots, which have actually become a staple in their residences (and yes, there will be gardening plots at The Wyatt).
Another thing Daniels is doing differently at The Wyatt is they are really catering to families with the amenities. As mentioned, the outdoor area on the third floor will have a play structure for kids, and the amenities on the fourth floor are almost entirely catered to children.
The Kids’ Zone will be outfitted by Mastermind Toys, so there will be plenty of fun and educational activities, toys, books, and puzzles for your children. With a craft room, theatre, and play room, your kids will love painting, exploring, and learning any time or day of the week.
