The Waterview Condos sales centre has been redesigned and is worth a visit!

Next time you’re cruising along the QEW near Casablanca, take a few glances to the north and you’ll spot the ongoing construction of Waterview Condos by LJM Developments. You may even want to pull off at Casablanca because LJM Developments just redesigned their sales centre and it’s worth checking out!
Waterview Condos is the first luxury condo to rise on the shore of Lake Ontario in Grimsby. This Miami Beach inspired building is the first single-loaded residential design that we’ve seen in person. Single-loaded means that all the units face one way (towards the lake) and the side of the building that faces the QEW will have an interesting, colourful design for the benefit of commuters.
Whenever a waterfront development gets proposed, most eager buyers look up how much the units with water views are going for, then they stress about getting their desired unit before it sells out. In the case of Waterview Condos, all the owners purchased with the comfort that they were getting a view of the lake, and there are still units available that have the same views!
As of last March, Phase 1 of Waterview Condos was 85% sold, and we imagine there were a few units sold between then and now. It’s not surprising that they jumped on this opportunity!

Getting around Grimsby, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and the rest of the Niagara region is super simple thanks to the nearby QEW access, plus there is a proposed Grimsby Go Station that will connect the quickly growing town to neighbouring waterfront areas.
