The Thornhill in Vaughan is a new master-planned condo community coming this fall!

A new master-planned condo community by The Daniels Corporation and Baif Developments is coming to Vaughan, and the opening is just around the corner! 

Daniels and Baif recently announced The Thornhill, which will open this fall with prices starting in the high $300,000s. The 3.5-acre site will eventually feature four condos with retail fronting Bathurst. 

The first condo at The Thornhill will rise 25 storeys and feature one- to three-bedroom suites with modern finishes. There are no details on the condo amenities yet, but Daniels is known as one of the most innovative developers when it comes to common and shared areas in their residences.
