The Sutton Collection open house is coming soon!

Daniels just announced that they are hosting an open house at The Sutton Collection in Regent Park in Toronto this spring!

According to the site plan on the project website, The Sutton Collection looks like it is 50% sold. The semis and townhomes will be available for purchase at the time of the open house. There are three- and four-bedroom plans available, perfect for growing families looking for low-rise living in downtown Toronto.  

The Sutton Collection is a rare find in the city. We don’t see many new low-rise communities popping up in downtown Toronto. This is also the first luxury option we’ve seen in Daniels’ revitalized Regent Park neighbourhood.
