The Stockyards District Residences is now under construction!

One of Toronto’s most highly anticipated condo developments is now officially under construction!
Marlin Spring Developments, Greybrook Realty Partners, along with members of the community, councillor Frances Nunziata (Ward 5 York South-Weston) and the development team, gathered at The Stockyards District Residences presentation centre to celebrate the project’s groundbreaking.
The Stockyards launched less than six months ago and they’re already starting construction! As of mid-August, the project was 80% sold, so only a few units remain.
We’re not surprised that The Stockyards has progressed so quickly and efficiently. Marlin Spring and Greybrook have partnered on more than a dozen low-rise and high-rise projects in locations like Ottawa, Montreal, Houston, and of course, Toronto.
Located near St. Clair West and Keele St., walking distance to The Junction, The Stockyards is surrounded by boutiques, craft breweries, restaurants, and independent cafes. The up-and-coming area will soon see more high-density development, likely in boutique condo form, and Marlin Spring and Greybrook are leading the way with The Stockyards.

The Stockyards will rise 10 storeys and feature 236 suites (80% sold!) with floor plans ranging from one- to three-bedroom+den. Designed by U31, a few of the impressive interior features and finishes include custom designed kitchens and bathrooms, matte black faucets, 9’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, energy efficient kitchen appliances, and quartz slab countertops.
The building amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness facility with a yoga studio, a kids playroom, and a party room with floor-to-ceiling, double-sided, black metal fireplace. There will also be retail on the ground floor.
